Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days or less of ordering, weather permitting. Wine is a temperature sensitive product, and to insure you are receiving the highest quality product wine will only be shipped when the temperatures along the entire shipping route are above 28 degrees and below 85 degrees.
If temperatures along the shipping route are outside of the safe range we will notify you of the delay along with an approximate delivery window and give you the option to cancel your shipment or upgrade to overnight shipping by air.
An adult must be present to accept the delivery of your wine. UPS will not leave the package at your door nor will they allow a minor to sign for it. If you need the wine delivered on a specific day, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to have it arrive that day (Monday - Friday).

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
In Washington State, where we produce our wine, it is illegal to return alcoholic beverages of any type including wine, even if they are unopened. However, if the wine is flawed or spoiled, it can be exchanged for another bottle of the same vintage and type.
In order to exchange a bottle due to spoilage prior to opening, or a flaw, replace the cork in the partially full bottle and mail it back to us. We will not exchange an empty bottle, at least 50% of the wine must be remaining in the bottle.
To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent along with the partial bottle. First send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item along with your proof of purchase and contact information to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you refuse a shipment, or are not available to accept a shipment, your purchase cannot legally be refunded. We can attempt to re-ship the wine at your expense. If you do not wish to pay for reshipping, the wine will be donated to a charity of our choosing and the purchase and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be made if you cancel your order before the wine has been shipped. A refund cannot be made once the product has left our premises. To request a refund email us at email@example.com.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
