Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into neutral French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 6 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. 0.9% residual sugar.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Aromas of lime, leachy, pear, and honey. Flavors of ripe pear, sweet lime, honey, minerals, and a long lingering finish. The perfect balance between dry and sweet.
