Production Notes: Whole cluster pressed into 50% neutral & 50% new French oak barrels for fermentation. Aged for 9 months in barrel and stirred weekly on the lees. 1.5% residual sugar. 13.9% alcohol at bottling.
Harvest Information: Cropped to less than 2.5 tons per acre. Hand picked.
Description: Produced from Washington's second oldest Viognier vines. This white Rhone blend has flavors and aromas of caramel apple, brioche, and candied nuts. A perfect balance between dry and sweet.
